Shipping policy

All items with a value of less than £10 are sent by standard mail. THIS IS NOT A SIGNED FOR SERVICE and therefore you will receive no tracking information. Orders of £10 or more are automatically sent via a tracked method (WITHIN THE UK ONLY) and thus these orders will receive a tracking number. If you have a low value order and wish us to send your item via a tracked method please add this upgrade to your order when completing checkout. If you cannot find this option please contact us and we can arrange this for you. It costs from an additional £1 within the UK, other destinations start from an additional £3.

If you have not paid for a tracked service but you see a number added to your order details THIS IS NOT A TRACKING NUMBER. This is the customs declaration form number om your parcel and this is our proof of posting.

We use Royal Mail standard postage services so items are usually received within 2 - 3 working days within the UK, once your item has been dispatched. But please bare in mind that we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times. Once an order had been dispatched it is out of our hands and in those of the courier. International deliveries can take 1 to 6 weeks to arrive.

For a secure and fast delivery you can choose a recorded delivery/signed for service when making your payment.

Our posting costs include costs of packaging and stationary.
